Calcium

Calcium is one of the most abundant stored dietary component in the body. Calcium is vital to the body for the formation of bone, teeth and healthy gums. Calcium is important for maintaining proper cell membrane permeability, aids in neuromuscular activity and hearth health. Calcium is most effective when taken in combination with magnesium.
