Glutamine

Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid found in the muscles of the body. Many plant and animal substances contain glutamine bit is easily destroyed by cooking, Glutamine can readily pass the blood brain barrier and is know as brain fuel. Glutamine maintains the structural integrity of the intestine.
